The Nowthen Plumbing Story

Founding owner Jeff Boettcher began his plumbing career back in 1988, when he shadowed an exceptional plumber. This plumber also happened to be Jeff’s high school hockey coach. While plumbing started out as just a job, Jeff quickly built up his skill set and, as a result, found his vocation. He worked for his coach and mentor for eight years prior to opening Nowthen Plumbing in 1996.
Now
Nowthen Plumbing now employs five highly-trained plumbers and a full-time office manager. Together, we form a professional, customer-centric team that focuses on fulfilling—and then exceeding—each customer’s needs. We do so by delivering on the following core values:
- Punctuality: We know time is precious. So we show up when we say we’re going to and we work as efficiently as possible to get the job done right in a timely manner.
- Process: We follow a clear and easy process. This means that we document what we tell you, keeping our word on the quote we provide you with and following through to the final walkthrough.
- Politeness: We are respectful. We respect your time by showing up and following up when we say we will. We respect your space, leaving it as clean (if not cleaner) than when we found it. And at all times, we will be honest with you, explaining what we’re doing and why we’re doing it. And we try to find ways to go above and beyond whenever we can.
