Wonderful Water Heaters
It’s not the holidays, and you’re not five years old, but boy have we got a present for you. Okay, so it may not have extendable wings and it may not shoot lasers or make cool sounds or anything, but we know that you’re going to love it like you’d love a Power Ranger action figure anyway. Introducing (dun dun dun) the new line of water heaters from the innovative minds over at AO Smith company. Affordable, efficient, and looking good in a chic white and green color scheme (it’s like two Power Rangers in one!), these heaters make updating your home appliances hassle-free, worry-proof, and maybe even–dare we say it?–a little fun.
Here’s a quick rundown of some of the new models:
Effex
This EnergyStar qualified beauty is the highest efficiency standard gas water heater available. Featuring an LCD control screen and no-pilot electronic ignition, the Effex can help you save up to 25% on your water heating costs. Its unique air intake system creates a pressurized environment by pushing air into the combustion chamber, which slows down gas as it moves through the heater and results in warmer water and less wasted energy.
Voltex
The hybrid electric heat pump system has four modes: high efficiency, hybrid, electric, and vacation, and is available in either the 60 gallon or 80 gallon tank model. Energy Star qualified and eligible for a Federal Tax Credit, the Voltex pulls in heat from the air outside the tank, de-humidifying the air and producing hot water all at once.
NEXT
With 90% thermal efficiency and guaranteed easy installation, this little water heater that could is dressed to impress. It’s got multiple modes for your various needs and does a great job of keeping hot water consistent, so you can avoid those uncomfortable bursts of shocking cold.
